Shipping policy

We ship across Canada only, from Canadian stock. Everything below is what actually happens, and it matches what the checkout charges you.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out within one working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery and cost

Free shipping is worked out on your order total after any discount has come off. If a bundle discount drops the total below $120, the order no longer qualifies. Delivery times are business days after dispatch and don't include the day the order is placed.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You'll get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking number when it ships. If the tracking hasn't moved for more than three business days, write to us and we'll chase it.

Where we ship

Canada only, for now. We don't ship anywhere else yet, and we can't deliver to a PO box, so please give us a street address at checkout.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before you unpack any further and send us the photographs with your order number. If a parcel is marked delivered and isn't there, check with your neighbours and your building first, then tell us within seven days and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

An address typo is the most common cause of a late parcel. Check it at checkout, and if you spot a mistake straight after ordering, write to us the same day and we can usually correct it before the parcel leaves.
