When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched the next working day. Delivery is typically 2–4 days across Canada, tracked throughout.
How much is delivery?
Complimentary over $125. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout by destination.
Do I pay duties or customs?
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply, so nothing is owed on delivery.
The silk
What is momme, and why does it matter?
Momme is the weight of a fixed length of cloth. Heavier silk is denser and holds its finish for years rather than months. Everything we make is twenty-two momme.
Is it real mulberry silk?
Grade 6A mulberry filament, reeled long rather than spun from waste, and finished without coating or resin.
Is the dye safe?
OEKO-TEX certified dye and finish, tested for harmful substances.
Fit and sizing
Do the masks come in sizes?
One size. The covered elastic strap adjusts between 52 and 62cm.
Which mask suits lash extensions?
The LashGuard 3D — it is moulded with a cavity so lashes sit in open air all night.
Returns and care
What is your returns policy?
Thirty days. Write to us with your order number and post it back for a full refund — no restocking fee.
How do I wash it?
Cool hand wash or a delicate cycle in a mesh bag, line dried out of direct sun. Never tumble dry, and skip fabric softener.
